Job Responsibilities:
• สนับสนุนการทำงานกับทีมขายใน Project ด้าน Cyber Security เพื่อให้สำเร็จผลในการขายของบริษัท
• สามารถพูดคุยกับลูกค้าและเข้าร่วมประชุมกับลูกค้า เพื่อค้นหาและเข้าใจปัญหา หรือสิ่งที่ลูกค้าต้องการ และพัฒนาโครงการนำเสนอและขาย Cyber Security Solutions หรือ Services ของบริษัทต่อไป
• พัฒนาโซลูชั่นหรือบริการต่างๆของบริษัทและคู่ค้า เพื่อนำเสนอ Project หรือ Opportunity ที่ทีมขายร้องขอมา
• รับผิดชอบ หารือทำงานร่วมกับทีม Sales และทีม Cyber Services เพื่อทำ POC ของโครงการเป้าหมาย
• สนับสนุน ทำใบเสนอราคา และติดต่อประสานงานกับ Vendors/Suppliers ด้านสัญญาและราคาให้กับบริษัท
• พัฒนาและทำงานร่วมกับทีม Cyber Services ในเงื่อนไขสัญญาบริการ เพื่อทำสัญญาบริการกับลูกค้า
• สามารถนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ และบริการ CYBER ของบริษัท ในแต่ละโครงการได้ดี
• สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าและผู้มีอำนาจตัดสินใจ โดยทำหน้าที่เป็นที่ปรึกษาที่เชื่อถือได้
• บริหาร ติดตาม กิจกรรมการขาย และทำรายงาน Sales Pipeline ในส่วน Cyber security ได้
• ศึกษาหาความรู้และเพิ่มทักษะ ด้าน Cyber security Technology ของ Vendors ที่บริษัทกำหนดมาให้ในแต่ละปีได้เป็นอย่างดี และครบถ้วน

• วางแผนงานด้านผลิตภัณฑ์และการตลาด
 เข้าใจ Product, Feature อย่างชัดเจน, SWOT + competitor analysis พร้อมนำไปใช้ได้จริง, SWOT + competitor analysis พร้อมนำไปใช้ได้จริง, กระบวนการ Lead → Contact → Pitch → Follow-up ชัดเจนและใช้งานได้
• ขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่ (Customer Acquisition)
 มีรายชื่อ lead/potential clients ใหม่ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง, จำนวนการนัดนำเสนอ (pitch) เพิ่มขึ้น, ปิดดีลลูกค้าใหม่ได้ตามเป้าหมาย, ได้รับ feedback จากลูกค้าเพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์
• สร้างความร่วมมือเชิงกลยุทธ์ (Strategic Partnerships)

Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute marketing activities to support the growth of the LOOK LOOK platform, focusing on brand awareness, app downloads, and user engagement.
• Create and produce content for various channels including social media, mobile app, website, email, and marketing campaigns to effectively communicate the brand.
• Develop and manage integrated marketing communication plans across online and offline channels, such as in-app promotions, paid ads, influencer collaborations, events, and partnership activations.
• Collaborate with the Product Team and other relevant departments on product development planning, as well as special or ad-hoc projects such as feature launches, user communications, and pilot campaigns.
• Coordinate with business partners to co-create marketing campaigns.

• Handle and manage administrative tasks related to marketing operations, such as drafting memos, processing payment requests, hiring freelancers, and coordinating with external vendors or outsource teams.
